How much does shipping cost?

• Our Uk standard delivery will cost £2.99
• International shipping will cost £7.99

How long does delivery take?

• All UK shipping will be standard delivery which will be 2-4 working days
• All international shipping will be delivered within 7-10 working days

Do you offer free or next-day shipping?

• Currently we do not offer free or next-day delivery

Returns and Exchanges 

What if my item doesn't fit?

• If the fit isn’t quite right, unworn items in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within our returns window
• All exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery
• If your exchange item is out of stock, a full refund will be applied

Are returns simple?

• Yes, if you are wanting to return your order, please contact our customer service team and they will manually help you with your return for your order 
• All tags must remain on the returning item(s) to be accepted
• All return requests will be responded to within 3 working days
• once your item(s) have been returned, your items will be inspected  by the team to confirm the issue with the order and the refund will then be provided
• confirmation of refund will follow and your refund will sent via the original payment method
